Abstract

   The organization as a source of a larger society is based on a human group with human relations with common goals and objectives. They are also governed by common systems and laws. Individuals and groups move within the organization in order to achieve the goals and objectives and satisfy their needs. They exchange information, feelings and feelings. This is the process by which individuals and groups interact with interactions governed by certain forms and methods. Hence, some organizational conflicts arise in the organization for several reasons. Here comes the role of good communication which helps in the process of effective administrative management and solving the problem. Organizational and business performance in a better way.
